Information should have a clear job and a limited lifetime.
This notice covers information submitted through the Brown Coyote Studios workflow-assessment form.
What we collect
We collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, and the workflow information you choose to provide. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
How we use it
We use the information to review your request, respond to you, evaluate a possible automation project, and maintain the delivery and audit information needed to operate that request. We do not sell assessment information or add it to a marketing list.
Where it is processed
Assessment records are stored in the site's protected Cloudflare-hosted data service. Resend processes the information needed to send BCS notifications and your confirmation. When an authorized BCS operator explicitly requests an AI-prepared summary, OpenAI processes the submitted workflow description and related business context needed to prepare that advisory summary. These providers maintain their own operational and security records.
Retention and deletion
Each assessment receives a 12-month retention deadline. Expired assessment records are removed during maintenance activity and may be deleted earlier by an authorized BCS operator. Messages already delivered through email systems may remain under those systems' retention policies.
Your choices
You may decline the optional phone field. To ask about, correct, or delete an assessment, use the workflow-assessment form and identify the submission as a privacy request. Do not include additional sensitive information.
